Dry skin not only lacks moisture. It also lacks important skin barrier lipids, resulting in gaps in the skin barrier. Further moisture can escape through these gaps. As a result, the skin becomes increasingly dry.

The Allpresan derma med foam creams and shower foams were developed together with dermatologists on the basis of Allpresan Skin Repair Technology especially for the needs of dry, sensitive and flaky skin. They not only moisturize the skin, but also provide it with biomimetic (skin-related) lipids. At the same time, the skin's natural barrier function is supported and further moisture loss is counteracted. The skin is intensively nourished and feels smooth and supple again.
