Psoriasis is characterized by extremely dry, inflamed skin that is covered with scales, accompanied by severe itching. An abnormal amount of scales is produced due to an inflammatory process that causes the body to form many more new skin cells than would usually be the case. These skin cells, which are also produced far too rapidly, form the scales that are typical of the disease (plaques). Allpresan Derma med PSORIATIX INTENSIVE CARE was developed to provide care and regeneration for skin with psoriasis in conjunction with therapy. The high proportion of glycerin allows scales to be removed gently without stressing the skin any further. Niacinamide soothes itching, stressed skin, and panthenol supplies additional hydration. Biomimetic (skin-related) lipids also close the gaps in the lipid film of the skin and therefore help to prevent against further loss of moisture.

For optimum foot care, Allpresan Repair Foam Cream should ideally be applied twice daily (morning and evening) or as needed to the very dry, rough areas of the skin. The Allpresan Skin Repair Technology gives our foam creams particularly high coverage – a small amount is sufficient for large areas of skin. Allpresan Repair Foam Cream can be applied very gently and is rapidly absorbed without greasiness, so clothing can be put on immediately after application.
