Very dry and rough skin lacks not only elasticity and suppleness, but also – and especially – moisture and lipids. This lack of lipids and moisture causes gaps to open up in the skin barrier. In turn, these gaps allow even more moisture to escape, which can intensify the dryness. Allpresan Derma Med HYDRO INTENSIVE CARE contains biomimetic (skin-related) lipids that have been proven to close the gaps in the lipid film of dry skin. This repairs the skin barrier and counteracts any further loss of moisture. The foam cream also contains panthenol and urea, which provide the skin with intense hydration. This improves skin hydration over the long term and noticeably increases skin elasticity and suppleness.

For optimum foot care, Allpresan Repair Foam Cream should ideally be applied twice daily (morning and evening) or as needed to the very dry, rough areas of the skin. The Allpresan Skin Repair Technology gives our foam creams particularly high coverage – a small amount is sufficient for large areas of skin. Allpresan Repair Foam Cream can be applied very gently and is rapidly absorbed without greasiness, so clothing can be put on immediately after application.
